About BBL Company
BBL Company operates BBL, a 235-kilometre gas pipeline with an hourly capacity of 10,000,000 kWh/h (Forward Flow, NL to GB) between Balgzand in the Netherlands and Bacton in Great Britain and an hourly capacity of 7,699,193 kWh/h (Reverse Flow, GB to NL) between Bacton and Balgzand. With gas flowing between the Netherlands and Great Britain, BBL increases the GB’s supply security, strengthens the position of the Netherlands as a leading European gas player, supports the integration of the European gas market, and connects the TTF with the NBP hub.

Become a BBL shipper
Many of Europe’s leading energy players are shippers at BBL. If you want to trade reliably and efficiently or trade capacity with other shippers, you need to register. Please be aware that you need to sign up at the Prisma platform as well to become a registered Prisma shipper.
